• Fees for Services are outlined in the proposal or contract and are subject to change upon mutual agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the provision of Services. This includes any trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data. This obligation will continue after the termination of any agreements between the parties.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property (IP) developed during the course of the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, and documentation, will be the property of Nipun IT Solutions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property for the duration of the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Nipun IT Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of our Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the individual service agreement.
• Nipun IT Solutions may suspend or terminate Services immediately if there is a breach of the Terms.

Governing Law
